What is this directory?

A researched board game publisher directory for tabletop designers: who they are, what they publish, and whether they take pitches. We keep the file current from convention exhibitor lists, BoardGameGeek catalogs, and the publishers’ own sites.

What game conventions do you track?

The biggest ones so far are SPIEL Essen, Gen Con, Origins, and PAX West. We’re adding more shows worldwide. You can also match against the full directory, not just who’s at a show.

Why isn’t every publisher here?

The public directory includes a sample of the larger and higher-demand publishers so you can get a sense of who’s inside. The full directory, and the detail on each publisher, is available with an account.

How does matching use the directory?

After you create a game profile, Ludipitch scores it against each publisher in the directory and gives it a Ludiscore.

How often is it updated?

Continuously, publisher by publisher, as they release games or confirm show attendance. Every profile shows the date it was last checked, so you can see for yourself rather than trusting a blanket claim.

Is it free right now?

Ludipitch is in closed beta. Approved accounts include all paid features during beta. Tracking and the directory will always stay free, and game matching will only be available with a paid plan. What’s free and what’s paid
