Matching and directory

Ludiscore is not a publisher rating. It is a fit score for your game against our research snapshot. It is not human-vetted. A high score is not a publishing contract; a low score is not a rejection. Directory facts can be wrong or out of date. Always verify on the publisher’s own site and submission guidelines before you pitch. We do not email publishers on your behalf, and we do not broker pitches or agreements between you and publishers.

Allowed use

You are not permitted to use Ludipitch to spam publishers, or to scrape the directory for any purpose. Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for publisher contacts and other third-party details you store in your account.

Service and liability

Ludipitch is provided as-is during closed beta. We do not promise uptime or uninterrupted access, and we may change or pause the service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for consequential damages, including lost publishing deals or reputational harm, arising from your use of Ludipitch. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid us for the service (currently none). These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
