We collect only what we need to run matching, outreach tracking, and the public directory.

Matching

Matching blends a structured comparison with a language model's read of fit between your game and a publisher's catalog.

Nothing we collect from you is used to train models.

Your games

You keep all rights to games and rules you upload. If you choose to upload rules, you grant Ludipitch a limited license to process that material, including sending a short excerpt to a third-party AI provider, so we can build a game profile and compute matches.

If you choose to upload your rules, they are sent to a language-model API to structure a game profile. They are stored so you can edit and rematch. You can delete a game from Manage games at any time. This removes its rules file, profile, and cached publisher matches. A pitch that only listed that game moves to Outreach's hidden list rather than being deleted outright. To remove your account data entirely, email hello@ludipitch.com.

Additional collected data

If you use card capture to scan a contact's business card, the photo is sent to a language-model API to read the printed details onto the form.

Analytics (GA4) run on public marketing pages only, and only after you accept the cookie banner. Signed-in /app does not load that analytics script.

Pitch notes, contacts, and your personal account details stay private to your account and are never shared with other users. Behaviours and actions within Ludipitch may be recorded and used to improve the platform.
